Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT Technology Services.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Understand Customer's IT Landscape, their requirements & pain areas.

- Handle Customer Presentations with accurate content highlighting key Business Benefits in going with CBY Services.

- Collaborate with the technical team to provide appropriate solutions based on customer needs.

- Respond to customer queries promptly; provide accurate product information & timely Techno-Commercial Quotations.


- Negotiate pricing and all Business Terms, with an aim to maximize profitability without any sacrifice on "customer satisfaction"

- Submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to reporting manager and to Senior Management in defined frequency.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT Industry Trends, technologies.

- Collaborate with OEM Managers; for acquiring new customers.-

Educational Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent. Minimum 4 years of proven experience in IT Sales.

- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure Solutions - HCI, Virtualization, Servers, Storage appliances, networking infra, Security Solutions, Backup, & 'Cloud Services'.

- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers & OEM reps.

- Result-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales and business development; possessing strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
