Senior Inside Sales Role - EdTech (1-4 yrs)
Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Inside Sales Representative located in Bengaluru. The Senior Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as conducting inside sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, generating leads, and managing accounts.
Qualifications :
- Inside Sales and Account Management skills
- Min 6 months of experience in edtech is required
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Lead Generation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus
- Working days : 6 days
- IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED
- SALARY : MAX UPTO 6LPA
