CTC - 5LPA - 10LPA + Incentives
Location : Pan India, however Mumbai candidates are preferred (Remote till covid19 gets normal)
Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
1. You will be responsible for getting in touch with all inbound leads from various sources, understanding their pain points, giving product walkthroughs to them communicating how our company can help them solve their problem, and closing the deal on the go.
2. You need to actively take part in setting processes to scale our sales process.
3. Strong prior experience in software sales is a must.
4. You need to know the our company product in-and-out, gain a very deep understanding of our business, our customers' business as well as our competitors' businesses! Basically the entire landscape.
5. More than above average communication skills are a must. Without this, it will be difficult to communicate our value proposition with clarity to the team and external stakeholders.
6. You should be techno-savvy and should be able to figure out your way around technology yourself. If you feel that technology is something that you just "get", and you're passionate about it - then this role is for you.
7. We're looking for super smart people who can come in and join our core team, help us build processes, and scale the sales org rapidly
