Senior Inside Sales & Lead Generation - IT (4-6 yrs)
As a Senior BSR, you will play a fundamental role contributing the revenue growth of our organization. You must be keen in doing research and generating qualified leads in the Financial Services and ecommerce vertical over emails, calls, LinkedIn
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales team
- Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and the leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
- Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Initiates and participates in new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts and own follow-through with the lead prospect
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
- Effectively communicate and present the Managed services Offerings - Data, eCommerce, Cloud, and value proposition to customers
- Effectively communicate and present the Product / Solution Offerings and value proposition to customers
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management - Responsible for achieving weekly and monthly qualified leads target
- Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently
- Solving complex technical integration solutions and issues
- Assist in preparing concise, targeted proposals and contracts
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships
- Demonstrates a commitment to the technology industry staying educated on the new regulations, our product solutions changes, innovations and trends.
- Research companies, identify decision makers (CXO level), and generate interest in prospective clients through email campaigns, LinkedIn and professional social networking
- Set up meetings with the prospective clients
- Hands on experience in Quality lead generation through email campaigns and cold calling, LinkedIn etc...
- Extensive cold calling
- Excellent communications skills - both Written and Verbal
- Manage and maintain a strong lead pipeline
- Work with the team(s) to reach the set goals
- Responsible for contact building and updating the same in CRM
Experience and Education :
- Any Degree
- 4 to 6 Years Experience working in Sales and Lead Generation
