Senior Inside Sales Executive - Education (1-2 yrs)
Job Roles & Responsibilities :
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately .
- To generate cross sales and up sale opportunities.
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
- Interacting with tutors to understand their availability and competence to handle classes.
- Meet revenue targets and make necessary sales MIS and reports on a regular basis
Education/Qualification :
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization (preferred)
Experience : (1+ years) in customer service industry or B2C sales or teaching is preferable
Salary - 30%Hike on current salary(Open for the deserving Candidates).
