Senior Growth Manager - Sales - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)
As a Senior Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and overseeing the entire sales and operations process, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to deal closure. This includes managing sales teams, optimizing processes, handling customer or dealer interactions, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Leadership : Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets, identify growth opportunities, and expand market reach.
Operations Management : Oversee all operational aspects related to sales, including customer onboarding, documentation, and compliance.
Deal Closure : Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all documentation and formalities required for deal closure.
Process Optimization : Continuously assess and improve sales and operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service throughout the sales journey.
Market Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
Reporting & Analytics : Generate regular reports on sales performance, operational efficiency, and growth metrics.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, operations, or growth management, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing end-to-end sales processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation processes.
