Senior Graphic Designer (8-12 yrs)

Job Overview :
We are looking for a seasoned and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design team and drive all visual communication efforts. With 8 to 12 years of professional experience, a strong portfolio, and exceptional leadership skills, you will be responsible for overseeing design projects, managing the creative team, and ensuring a consistent and impactful brand identity across all platforms. This role is key to delivering high-quality designs that align with our business objectives and resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Guide, mentor, and motivate a team of graphic designers to foster creativity and excellence.
- Assign projects, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of designs that meet business needs.
- Build a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging skill development and knowledge sharing.
Creative Direction:
- Develop and implement visual concepts that align with the company's branding and marketing goals.
- Direct the team in designing a variety of materials, including print, digital, multimedia, packaging, and web content.
- Provide constructive feedback to maintain consistency, quality, and brand integrity.
Project Management:
- Manage design projects from ideation to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Uphold and evolve the company's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all customer and internal touchpoints.
- Coordinate design efforts for internal and external branding to create cohesive messaging.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to align design initiatives with strategic objectives.
- Present design concepts and deliverables to senior leaders, incorporating feedback to meet stakeholder expectations.
Innovation and Trends:
- Stay abreast of emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to keep designs fresh and forward-thinking.
- Introduce innovative design solutions that enhance user engagement and overall customer experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 8 to 12 years of professional graphic design experience, including team leadership and project management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale design campaigns and cross-functional collaboration.
- A portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across print, digital, branding, and multimedia platforms.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus.
- Experience with web design and multimedia production is highly desirable.
Creative and Soft Skills:
- Strong creative vision, with the ability to translate business goals into impactful designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in design, marketing, or related disciplines are a bonus.
