Senior Graphic Designer (5-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Include the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including Branding, illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You will be the one to shape the visual aspects of online content, including email templates, product graphics, social media, app notifications, website banners, brand campaigns, and promotional artwork.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards
- Coordinate with marketing heads, copywriting and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our clients
- Translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs
- Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms
- Providing advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events.
- Create these materials using software programs such as Adobe's Creative Suite- including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more- is the standard in the industry and most employers expect designers to be proficient with their programs
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements if required
- Establish visual style and user experiences that will effectively communicate with target and fulfil communication objectives
- Ability to work with, creative direct, set the vision and guide the design team including illustrators, and editors to ensure the vision is brought to life
- Articulate a clear POV on adapting existing brand guidelines to Social and ideate ways to breathe new life into brands and campaigns in the social space
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience in Creative Design
- 5+ years' of creative design experience
- Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Proficient with After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Strong typography skills
