Senior Graphic Designer (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Lay the foundation for the brand. Be user-centric to distill communication effectively, making it simple for players to understand complex offers and campaign constructs.
- Be well-versed with logo designing that can help PokerCircle creative strong distinct visual identities for its retention campaigns and tournaments.
- Create visually stunning assets for use across a wide variety of media & channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to best support business/marketing goals.
- Take initiative on projects to deliver new and innovative solutions.
- Create solutions that push the creative boundaries yet adhere to brand & design guidelines.
- Proactively liaise with Brand, Marketing, and HTML, cross functional teams to ensure that projects are on track, meet their desired result and are executed in a timely manner.
- Oversee projects from conception to delivery.
- Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software.
- Apply typography techniques.
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
- Design and develop assets keeping a user-centric approach.
- Maintain homogeneity and consistency across all projects irrespective of channels and mediums.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and tools.
- Utilize AI and the latest graphic design technologies to enhance efficiency and creativity in design production.
Qualifications :
- Proven work experience as a creative manager/graphic designer or similar role for 4+ years.
- Graduate from Premier institute is a bonus.
- Good visual and content conceptualization skills with an attention to detail
- Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite, common motion graphic design software and AI tools.
- Ability to be independent and juggle different types of projects with varied timelines.
- Detail understanding of design, copy, and web practices.
- A go-getter, high on energy, someone wanting to do a lot and is comfortable to work in an ambiguous environment.
- Prior experience with a strong portfolio of graphic design & motion graphic work.
- An individual with a never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance their craft.
- Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members.
