Senior Graphic Designer (4-8 yrs)
Job Description - Sr. Graphics Designer(Products)
- We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with solid experience in Digital Advertising & Marketing, who can create leading edge designs for our web and marketing materials.
- You will be a motivated designer and strategic systems thinker who demonstrates excellent graphic design and typography skills with expert knowledge of design tools. You will be responsible for timely decisions for fast-paced projects and meeting deadlines.

Budget : 7 - 8 LPA
Key Accountabilities :
- Responsible for designing marketing collateral/Creatives such as Banners, Display Ads, Social Media Creatives, Promotional Material. Landing pages and Mailers .
- Work with the marketing team to develop and transform sales and product positioning concepts into dynamic visual representations.
- Design and execute graphic concepts to meet product or campaign visions
- Able to actively participate and give creative input in designing detailed online marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability/willingness to learn and adapt from data and user interaction metrics. Better learnability and quick turnaround is expected.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of graphic design aspects (e.g. layouts, composition, typography, aesthetic values, unique illustration styles etc.)
- Responsibilities include being involved from start to finish across all elements of branding, and to maintain a consistent style throughout - from favicon, to box packaging, to website elements, Facebook ads etc.
- Excellent communication, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work.
Skills and Personal Qualities :
- Expertise in producing graphics and imagery for online media
- Minimum 3-4 yrs of experience
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated excellence in design skills and a strong portfolio.
- Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Open to feedback with ability to take direction.
- Ability to translate business requirements into an effective creative solution.
- Understanding of and experience in branding, layout, colour theory and typography in digital media.
