Senior Graphic Designer (4-7 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables
- Typography, Adobe Creative Suite, Visual Storytelling, Brand Identity, Print Production, Web Design,
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various marketing materials, including print and digital assets
- Create visual elements such as logos, illustrations, and info graphics that communicate our brand message effectively
- Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and relevant
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, offering feedback and support to help them grow and develop their skills
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design) and other design tools
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs to achieve the desired outcome
- Experience in managing design projects and leading a team of designers is a plus
