The Job : 

- Our client is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to create and manage digital and print designs for our marketing needs.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Designing visual content for print and digital applications that is on-brand, reinforces our status and reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences

- Designing and layout of materials for internal communications and engagement with our board of directors

- Designing and layout of essential business materials (e.g. business cards, presentations)

- Creating infographics and presentation materials to simplify the communication of complex concepts and data

- Editing video clips for use on social media platforms

- Creating short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavors and events;

- Working autonomously and developing high-quality concepts with minimal instruction;

- Managing timelines and prioritization of workload, and knowing when to ask for direction;

- Assisting team in developing and executing communications plans;

- Providing technical support for design- and video-related efforts;

- Optimizing graphics and video content for social media platforms;

- Maintaining organized content files, and helping to organize and archive existing video and graphics files

Ideal Candidate

Skills required :

- You possess a degree in communications, journalism, marketing, graphic design, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or demonstrated success in relevant professional fields;

- You have minimum 3 years of related professional experience in a production environment;

- You have strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through images;

- You have solid verbal and written communication skills

- You have a thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, DropBox, and G Suite

- You are familiar with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)

- You have proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve

- You have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues

- You have excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

- You have prior experience as a Packaging Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects

- You possess a good knowledge of tools such as Adobe creative suite and 3D design software and illustrator

- You have a good understanding of packaging, health, and safety regulations.

- You possess a strong sense of aesthetics and a keen eye for detail.

- You demonstrate good communication skills and are a strong team player.
