Senior Field sales executive (2-6 yrs)
To oversee sales activities in the Agency Channel, we are looking for a results-oriented senior field sales professional. In order to meet sales goals, this position primarily focuses on hiring, onboarding, and developing agency partners.
Responsibilities :
- Locate and acclimate high-caliber agency partners.
- Provide partners continuing assistance and training.
- Create and preserve solid alliances.
- Examine patterns to find business opportunities.
Requirements :
- The prerequisite is a bachelor's degree.
- At least two years in sales.
- A track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Solid grasp of agency models and life insurance.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
