Senior Executive - Tele-Marketing/Telesales - BPO (1-4 yrs)
Hiring specification(Sr. Executive)
- Minimum qualification should be graduate.
- Min 1-4 years of experience in Telesales/ Telemarketing process.
- Experienced candidates should be from outbound tele calling background either from retail outbound telesales, collection or retention.
- Must have excellent communication skills in English.
- Fluency in regional language is a must without any traces of colloquial accent and multilingual will be added advantage.
- Willing to work on day shift on rotational basis -WFO / WFO.
- Should have desktop / Laptop / smart phone with 4G Volte Connection with good network and internet stability.
- Basic Excel and Word & Average typing speed
