Senior Executive/Team Manager - Sales - Electrical & Digital Building Infrastructure - North (4-12 yrs)
Req. for Sr. Exe/Territory Manager- Professional Sales (IC role)
Org.- Legrand India
Loc.- Delhi (looking after Haryana), Kanpur, Trivandrum- 3 positions
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets across all products in professional segment.
- Establish new products in the region and consolidate market share of existing products.
- Correctly identify customer needs and present a customized solution.
- Provide an enhanced customer experience by meeting customer SLA's timely resolve all customer issues.
- Achieve the DSO at the desired and expected levels.
- Identify relevant market development, competition analysis, pricing and scheme strategies, etc.
- Build effective relations with major customers, agents, specifiers, panel builders, architects, contractors, builders etc.
- Organize local promotional strategies through exhibitions/fairs/electrician meets/architects and interior designer meets, etc.
Qualification :
Diploma/BE/BTech (pref. in electrical or mechanical ) or a graduate if in same product line.
MBA/PGDM (marketing) pref. but not compulsory.
Exp.- 4-8 yrs
Background :
Should have an experience in project sales and product sales into commercial/industrial/Govt. projects.
Previous exp. within the Electrical manufacturing/Ceramic/Sanitaryware/lighting industry.
