Senior Executive/Team Leader - Sales - HORECA (5-13 yrs)
Educational Qualifications :
Graduate in any field post graduate qualifications in marketing is preferred.
Work Experience in years :
4-5 years experience in FMCG, Key Accounts / HORECA / Modern Trade / Institutional Sales
Key Responsibilities :
Handling key accounts in Chennai (TAJ Hotels, ITC Hotels, Travel food service, SPI Cinema, INOX Cinema, Le royal meridian and, GRT Hotels and resorts, Hilton, Westin, all five and three star Hotels, etc in Chennai and Pondicherry)
Launching of brand in all hotels (E&L Channel)
To ensure 100% Fill rates across Modern trade outlets.
To ensure the overdue AR should not cross more than 45 days.
Responsible for achievement of distribution & sales objectives through effective management of sales men /other selling & distribution resources within the values & parameters set by the company.
Acquired new accounts which contribute 20% increase in BP.
Responsible for planning and execution of activation (Branding) & cross promotional activities.
Aligning the customer to the company and government compliance for smooth operation.
To execute plans for the horizontal and vertical expansion of their area Control and Monitoring
To manage distributors to ensure no stock-outs, TPM implementation and paid up stock norms are in place
To review regularly and monitor daily / weekly and monthly activity reports and suggest appropriate improvements.
To ensure that credit policies of the company are implemented and closely monitor the customers' outstanding accounts, if any, for both liquid and container outstanding
To be aware of and report on competitive activities trends and developments
Ensure merchandising standards in outlets, through continuous trade visits,
To manage an allocated discount budget including continuous tracking and periodic reporting
