Designation: Sales Manager & Team Lead Manager
Age Below: 32 Years
CTC: up to 8 - 15 lakh per annum
Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience: Min. 3 years (in retail format or Interiors)
Location: Bangalore (Whitefield) & Hyderabad (Gachibowli)
Job Responsibility :
- Effectively understand the needs of different clients and propose customized solutions that best address those needs.
- Meet the targeted number of new additions database every month/quarter.
- Meet targeted sales from channel partners every month/quarter.
- Good communication skills and the ability to develop strong.
Job Description :
- Calling on Qualified Leads and fix appointments
- Meet prospects and understand their requirements along with designers
- Get Proposal done and send it to prospects
- Strong motivation towards sales
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Strong negotiation skills
Desired candidate :
- Candidates from Interior industry/companies are preferred
- Must have good communication skills both Verbal & Written
- MBA Preferred
- Experience from Luxury Retail would be preferable
