Senior Executive - Social Media - Big 4 (4-8 yrs)
We have an urgent job opening with one of our Big4 clients for Senior - Social Media Engagement.
- Looking for 4-8 yrs of exp. in B2B social media engagement & Social media Analytics.
Shift Timings : 1 PM-10 PM
- Tools: Sysomos, Sprinklr, Adobe Analytics, and deep knowledge and best practices of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Tableau will be an added advantage.
Knowledge, Competency and Skill Requirements :
- Ability to advise on social media technologies and data-driven insights
- Drive to promote innovation in the social space and to sell ideas internally
- Ability to visualize data and insights to differing needs of stakeholders
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Sub-editing/proofreading skills and ability to work to a style and brand guide
- Experience writing for the web and social on mainstream channels
- Familiarity with Boolean search and general construct of listening tools language
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their respective participants and deployment.
- An understanding and working knowledge of community management and engaging with audiences
- An energetic, self-starter with a hands-on approach, able to juggle multiple projects with competing priorities, with a positive attitude and ability to generate results; demonstrate the potential to develop within the organization
- A strong team player and lateral thinker, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually and independently
- Experience in advising, managing and communicating with senior leadership on a day-to-day basis
- Ability to deliver quality output while working under pressure and appreciation for deadlines
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity Supervision Responsibilities
- Global travel will be required pending business needs.
Experience Requirements :
- Experience in the B2B social media relations - digital or social media agency expertise desired and in-house ideal
- Proven ability to manage complex processes and/or projects at a global level
- Outstanding written and oral communications
- Strong digital media execution skills
- Experience managing internal support networks
- Experience working with a global brand
