Job Overview:

As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic and improve the visibility of our website in search engine rankings. You will play a crucial role in increasing our online presence, attracting new customers, and optimizing conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for our website to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and maximize visibility.

- Conduct extensive keyword research to identify high-value, relevant keywords and optimize website content accordingly.

- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that may affect website performance, crawlability, and indexing.

- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO software.

- Implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including meta tags, header tags, URL structure, internal linking, backlink acquisition, and social media integration.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content writers, web developers, and designers, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the website and content creation process.

- Track, measure, and report on key SEO metrics and performance indicators regularly, providing insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in the gifting and flower industry or a related e-commerce field.

- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

- Proficient in using SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
