Senior Executive - Sales - Stone Manufacturing (1-6 yrs)
Looking for MBA candidate with 1-6yrs experience working as showroom Executive. ( Only Female candidate to apply)
Job Description :
1. To look after the Gallery, attending the clients, maintaining their records, sending invites to new clients
2. To do individual communication with clients, cold calling, sending mails or invitees to new customers etc. and increasing footfalls at gallery.
3. Will be thoroughly trained on all the products (Marble, Natural stone & Laminam)
4. Maintaining and updating databank of existing and new customers, decision makers, architects etc.
5. Arranging and participating in the events & exhibition, arranging architect meets and doing proper follow up with clients.
6. Very good in customer service so as to retain customers & generate high potential leads & references from them.
7. Handling Customer Complaints and collecting regular feedback and analysis of the same.
8. Preparing daily, weekly, monthly & annual MIS reports & its analysis with higher management, Follow it up with timely actions
Desired Skills:
1. Qualification- MBA with 1-6 years of experience, female candidates will be preferred.
2. Familiar with similar product / Industry.
3. Willing to learn, Enthusiastic and take ownership of work
4. Very good communication & influencing personality.
5. Knowledge of MS Excel and preparing reports.
6. Exposure to handling HNI Sales, Retail & End customer Sales.
7. Good in understanding & speaking Gujarati language.
