Senior Executive - Sales - Rubber Product (3-8 yrs)
- Mapping entire Business system Potential for assigned Territory to find out the potential pockets on different parameter.
- Responsible for Channel sales for Outlet
- Strategic Market segmentation on different business parameter like Rubber Extrusion Profiles, Rubber Molded Products and EPDM Roofing Sheets.
- Developing different distribution channel options, launching the products & their entire strategic Planning for his territories
- Executing Different promotional Activities, schemes, incentives in market their management for effective output
- Developing different types of pricing / quotations as per business need
- Close Monitoring about deadlines of financial issues i.e. payment collections, credit management, issuing of credit notes etc.
- A central point between corporate & market for different information and reports.
- Preparation and presentation of proposal to customer and closing the sales with application of -necessary negotiation tactics.
- Coordinate with administration, commercial and factory departments to ensure timely orders, and smooth function of action in the system.
- Collaborate with customer to determine their needs and to resolve service issues.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
