Job Description :

- Work on monthly / quarterly reporting to the Management.

- Fixing up site visits for clients and briefing them about the whole project.

- Convincing them on the property buying, investment and its benefits.

- Generating referrals from existing customers and promoting onboard schemes.

- Complete satisfaction of the customer from site visit to handover of the project.

- Suggesting the best property to the clients based on their requirements and budget.

- Meticulous follow up with the clients and pursuing them for buying and investing

- Participating in property exhibitions and generating database of prospective home buyers.

- Working for accomplishing self and team target.

- Liaise will other departments to meet group objectives, for process improvements and timely deliverables.

- Design new reports that could help better analysis and add value.

- Suggest Promotional Activities of Site to HOD

- Maintain ISO records, and prepare for ISO audits

- Capable for handling entire site including ground staff.

Key Skills :

- Experience in real estate industry is mandatory.

- Possess brilliant skills in communication

- Must be excellent in Marathi and English languages

- Pleasant and Strong Personality

- Confident Attitude

- Expert in handling computer applications

- Team player attitude

- In4ERP knowledge would be plus point

- RERA application knowledge

Experience : 5+ Years

Qualification : Graduate/ MBA Sales & Marketing

Gender-Open

Working Days : 5 days

Working Hours : 9.30am-6.30pm
