Job Specifications :
- The candidate should be Graduate with 4 to 5 years of experience in Mumbai Real Estate Sales.
- MBA in Marketing will be preferred.
- The incumbent must have Knowledge of Sales.
- The Candidates should have done Residential sales in central suburbs in Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities :
- Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele to achieve business targets through customer-centric up-selling.
- To ensure that documents related to customers are properly verified including Customer Profile, Application forms, Cost Sheets, Payment schedule.
- To ensure that Deviations in Rates, Payment schedule are recorded and sent to CRM Team along with booking form.
- To Handle and Smoothen the process of Customer Walk-in and leads to maximum conversion.
- To interact with Channel Partners on a regular basis and offer various schemes for improving the Sales velocity.
- To interact with Banks & FIs for loan sanction & disbursement.
