Senior Executive - Sales - Real Estate (2-4 yrs)
Position: Sr. Executive - Sales (Residential)
Job Locations: Thanisandra, Bangalore
Salary: 4L to 5.5L PA
Desired Profile: Graduate/ MBA/ Engineering with min 2 to 5 years experience in residential sales.
JOB DETAIL :
1. Interacting and Interfacing with new and existing clients for generating sales & Referrals.
2. Responsible for the sales of high end residential units (ranging between INR 50L to INR 3Cr) with support of marketing and pre-sales team.
3. Participate in various promotional activities such as exhibitions, agents meet, site events, expos, corporate presentations to showcase the projects.
4. Provide after sales service & develop client relationship.
