Senior Executive - Sales - Real Estate (2-10 yrs)
Job Description:
Residential Sales, based in Lucknow, India.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Seeks a dynamic business professional who will serve in the region for Primary Residential market. The incumbent will be responsible for the achievement of business outcomes of the organization.
Role : Individual Contribution
Business Vertical : Residential Services
Key responsibilities :
- Revenue generation through Residential Transaction management in the geographic location of Lucknow
- Primary Developer Sales for select Residential / luxury projects
- Developing and maintaining Builder relationships in the territory
- Empanelment with brokers in and around the assigned territory and deal closure as per the revenue targets
- Supporting marketing activities, events in coordination with marketing team to create awareness of various properties, thus generating a greater number of leads
- Acquire & Manage HNIs
- Lead generation through own contacts / various marketing activities
- Lead Generation and fulfilment
- Client Management, Client sourcing and closing high end transactions
- Billing, Collections and timely updates to internal stakeholders
Requirements :
- Knowledge and Experience of Lucknow Residential Real Estate
- Minimum relevant experience of 2 years and above
- Self-motivated professional with ability to acquire and manage HNI Clients for Landlord Representation and Purchaser Representation
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Sales oriented focus with a strong background on B2C sales, from Real Estate residential sales, relocation firms, hospitality sales, luxury brand sales (watches, automobiles, bags, etc)
- Existing relationship with developers and broker network in Lucknow is an advantage
- Proven track record of deal closures
- Very strong track record on integrity and business ethics.
