Senior Executive - Sales - Real Estate (1-2 yrs)

As a Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving channel sales and closing deals to ensure the success of our project.
Responsibilities :
1. Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with key channel partners, brokers, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth.
2. Actively engage in lead generation, including networking events, online platforms, and industry connections.
3. Present and negotiate project offerings to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
4. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the real estate market, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted strategies that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
6. Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
7. Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue and contributing to the project's success.
8. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and progress to the management team.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with 1-2 years of experience in channel sales, deal closing, or related roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
