Job Description:
- Understanding the basic technical parameters of the products and promoting to the Original equipment manufacturers (OEMs)
- Targeting our prospective customers and Understanding the requirement to provide best solutions
- Developing business plan, target and strategy which covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
- Managing sales
- Meeting Sales target
- Setting targets for sales team
- Keeping track, performance monitoring of the team and reporting results
- Coordination with marketing for lead generation
- Training, motivating to improve the team performance
- Company Promotion, profiling, product brochures
- Giving sales presentations to the prospective clients
- Regular Follow-ups
- Negotiation
- Pricing, quotation
- Carry out GD with the team, client and the management in regular basis
- Exhibition tracking, Setting targets to convergence, product display and exhibition planning
- doing necessary planning and action implementation to execute well within time.
- Social media promotion
- Weekly, and Monthly, reports and evaluation with the target set
- Converging quotation to work order
- Follow-up for timely payments, balance of payments from clients
- Client records management
- Visiting clients (outstation)to evaluate the requirement.
- Vendor registration
Academic Requirements:
- Graduate in engineering or business administration
- Having basic electronics and electrical knowledge to answer the technical product datasheet.
Technical experience:
- Sales managing more than 4 years.
- Ability to seek customer attention
- Client-relationship management
- Team leading and management
- Having creative ideas how to approach new clients and sustaining existing clients
- Building rapport with customer.
