Senior Executive - Sales & Marketing - HSM Rolls/Metal Products & Materials (3-5 yrs)
Munsar Services Hiring for a Reputed Metal Products & Materials Co.
Roles and Responsibilities :
SALES & MARKETING :
- At least 3 to 5 years of good B2B sales and marketing experience in sales of capital equipment or Industrial consumable or Utilities (example gensets, Forklifts, compressors) etc.
- Prior experience in MNCs or reputed Indian business houses.
- Preference will be given to those with experience in selling stuff into Steel mills (like Rolls, Machines, Motors, Refractories) etc.
- Can also accept a technical person from Steel Industry (Hot strip Mill or Roll shop) who has commercial acumen, can train him.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Highly relationship oriented individual.
- B.Tech. Mechanical or Metallurgical engineering from reputed Institutes (no diploma holders please).
- MBA degree (in addition to B.Tech. degree) from a good institution would be an added advantage.
- Young and ambitious with good communication skills.
- Throughout academic first class candidate preferred.
- Local candidate preferred.
- Willing to travel extensively (>50% travel involved).
Education :
B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/Metallurgy only (no Diploma holders please)
MBA from a premier institute would be an added advantage
