Senior Executive - Sales & Marketing - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
We're looking for an Insurance Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets
Insurance Sales Manager Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage a portfolio of small commercial accounts
- Work closely with brokers to manage pricing and coverage
- Make sales and account presentations to large and small businesses
- Conduct industry research and trends analysis
- Provide clients with comprehensive insurance plans
- Gain an understanding of clients insurance-related needs
Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years proven experience in Field sales
- Age range: 21 to 38 years old.
- Needs two-wheelers
- Local Candidate
- Highly motivated and able to effectively communicate with customers
