Senior Executive - Sales - IT Staffing (9-12 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities :
- To understand the existing clients and requirement flows And work towards growing and enhancing customer relationships by getting more business.
- To identify and explore new IT Staffing business opportunities both from open market and references And by cold calling, Emailing and Personal visits as per Guidance given by management.
- To initiate plan and create sales pipeline with special focus to place available bench resources preferably with end clients And sometimes through agencies.
- To organize customer satisfaction surveys and submit results with management.
- To gather competitors info and share the same with management.
