Senior Executive - Sales - IT (4-6 yrs)
- The role will be responsible for Key Account Management, Business Development and Sales Management.
- Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, planning and provisioning
- Proficiency in using latest IT Technologies, MS Office tools, ERP.
Bid Management- Business development.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identify potentials in the market and generate leads.
- Develop leads to orderbook with suitable customers.
- Analysis and processing of customer enquiry using internal tools and ERP within desired timeline.
- Techno Commercial analysis of Supplier offers (from tkA Global locations,SCM/Mills) and Gap management of supplier offers vs customer need by closely working with other tkA Global Sites, SCM and Sales team.

- Quote preparation using internal tools and ERP.
- Commercial negotiation with customers.
- RFQ tracker management and related reports.
Contract Management - Sales execution:
- Review and analysis of customer forecast and PO against the Contract or Quote and GAP management (order amendments, lead time etc) of the same by Working closely with Sales team and customers.
- Collate customer forecast or the PO in specified format and create accurate material Purchase request to SCM team.
- GAP Management based on SCM response on securing the ordered material by closely working with Sales team, Customer and SCM.
- Creation of Forecast coverage report & inventory analysis and communicate to customer for forecast variations and excess inventory.
- Tracking of Open orders and reporting to Customers.
- Schedule monthly meetings with customers and present KAM - KPI reports with regard to OTD, Inventory, Forecast, new business.
- Regular interaction with Global KAM contacts for respective key accounts.
- Internal Order execution and Shipment:
- Review, verify and release of the Sales Order for operations using internal tools and ERP to plan the material readiness based on the delivery schedule mentioned by customer.
- Coordination with planning, scheduling and operations team during this process.
- Planning and execution of the outgoing shipments by coordinating with
- Logistics & Custom clearance team to meet the Sales target for the month.
- Collection of recieveables on-time from customers.
KPIs/Metrics and analysis :
- Lead all KAM activities related to respective Global & Local contracts.
- Prepare monthly, weekly reports for various key accounts & customers.
- Creation and management of various market development, customer development, enquiry repository & tracking, various KPIs for the team as required by the management.
- Provide all necessary data requested by the customer and management on need basis.
- Account Receivable Report management by closely working with finance team.
- Contributing in implementing the initiatives for - Continuous Improvement- in all of the activities.
- Guide sales team in downloading enquiries and uploading quotes for Government Customers.
- Monitor Project profitability from order to execution and initiate actions in accordance.
- Contribute to EBIT through Excellerate & Business Excellence measures.
