Our company is looking to hire a Accounts Manager that is driven, ambitious, and can help us find new avenues of growth. The sales professional will be well-versed in the sales process and adept at lead generation, relationship development, and deal closing. The ideal candidate will have a high level of initiative, the capacity to learn quickly, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to present our products and services in a compelling manner.
EXPERIENCE- 1-3 YEARS
LOCATION- Gurugram /Gurgaon
Reporting to- Founder
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- New Client Development: Business Concentration through Classification of Corporate Customers
- Acquiring new customers and expanding existing ones through direct and indirect sales.
- Use social media marketing to its full potential to bring in more revenue and close more deals.
- Identifying potential consumers, giving presentations, and closing deals are all part of this role.
- Managing Business Partnerships.
- Assisting the operations staff in their efforts to run efficiently.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly quotas by closing assigned leads.
- Create and sustain fruitful connections with clients and customers.
- Assess the market's potential, keep tabs on sales data, and report on progress
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE :
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
