Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- To drive the Agency premium in the location for Health & Motor business
To monitor and drive Agency business of location through :
- Agency Recruitment
- Agent Activation
- Agent Productivity
- Agent Engagement Matrix
- To drive the key agency matrix and uniform practices
- Drive Sales in Partner Locations Banks and Two / Three / Four Wheeler Vehicles Dealers
- Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix
- Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically review, design and implement plans
- Driving renewals as per target
- Develop positive working relationships with clients
- Approach clients via cold calling and direct mail to inquire about their insurance situations and future needs
- Need work with agents and clients to ensure that targets are met, relevant policies and guidelines are upheld, and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Key Requirements :
Education & Certificates :
- Graduate /Post Graduate in Sales and Marketing
- Expert skills on MS office
- Health Insurance domain knowledge

Fresher's Qualifications :
- MBA is must
Experience Qualifications :
- Only Male candidates is preferred
Experience of 1 to 7 years in Bank, Insurance, Banca, Brocca or any sales field is accepted
- Age Limit is 35 years (If the candidate is really good can go up to 40 years)
Education : Minimum Graduation
- Candidate should be localities and the candidates must be staying in the distance range of 50km to 100km.
- The shortlisted candidates will be working in 3 channels which is Banca, Agency and Dealer and will be reporting to the cluster heads.
