Sr. Sales Executive

- About the Company Centriti Pvt Ltd is among fastest growing suppliers in the HORECA space. We are building a distribution platform to disentangle the supply chain in our industry. Our current clientele includes almost all large hotel chains across the country.

- As the company is in its initial stages of growth, resource optimization and ensuring disciplined execution in the assigned area within the laid down policies & framework are of paramount importance. - Candidate will work directly with the founders of the start-up. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-moving start-up environment. You will be required to work hard and learn a lot of things about how distribution businesses are run and how marketing is done. Our founders are from colleges like ISB-Hyderabad. You will get mentorship and hands-on learning. You will be joining at a very early stage and will have ample opportunities to grow as the business expands.

- Dealing with all the 5 Star Hotels across India TAJ Group, ITC, THE LALIT, Shangri-La, Radisson, The Grand Bharat, The Park, The Oberoi, Ramada etc.

- Partnered with Kelloggs, Parle,Dabur,Nestle and Cremica etc

- The main purpose of this role is to ensure the Development & Management of Company's Business in HORECA Segment across India that will ensure the sustained sales of the company's products and achievement of the targeted market share in this segment. The incumbent in this role will be responsible in achieving targeted Volume and Gross Margin from HORECA segment in the assigned geography.

- Achieve mutually agreed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

- Achieve mutually agreed points of distribution of Company's brands focusing on visibility, listings and placement.

- Build and maintain an excellent network of clients & partners among distributors, hotels, restaurants, and modern retail.
