Senior Executive - Sales - Hologram Manufacturing (3-7 yrs)
Purpose of Position:
Responsible for business development, sales & marketing operations, achieving top & bottom line targets, retention and development of team. Provide organization directional inputs and work closely with the Director S&M. Strategies, visualize and create new business opportunity plan for new opportunities in the existing and proposed segments.
Key Responsibility/ Task
1. Establishing new Business
2. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
3. Prepared deliver scripts that describe our companys products or services, in order to explain & thereby convince potential customers to purchase our products & services Labels, Paper Labels, Holograms, Wide Web, Wads, Shrink Sleeves etc.
4. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
5. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
6. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
7. Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
8. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
9. Gathering market and customer information;
10. Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
11. Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
Strategy::
- Identification of new opportunities and formulate strategy to converts that opportunities in to business.
- Create and execution of business plan with defined strategy.
Go to Market :
- Protect and develop the companys brand via providing best quality product, solutions, service to customer and support in PR and marketing activities.
- Conduct area specific market research and market intelligence to develop new business opportunity including to face the competition of the competitors.
- Talent Management
- Develop a solution centric approach among all the team members.
- Develop, coach and mentor your team, motivate them for better results.
Years of Experience : 3-7 years of experience in Direct / Industrial Sales & Marketing (B2B, B2I).
Industry Preference : Any (Product selling, product selling with solutions)
