Senior Executive - Sales - FinTech (8-12 yrs)
Our client is a US HQ fintech company with strong roots in global financial markets. One of the leading players in artificial intelligence, risk management, and digital lending solutions.
Senior Sales will be focused on business development and new account acquisition within the BFSI industry. The candidate is responsible for finding and acquiring new business clients in a defined market segment and/or geographic territory, developing plans and strategies for fostering new business, and achieving the company's sales goals.
Some responsibilities will include :
- Develop a lead acquisition plan for the territory assigned
- Develop and manage an effective pipeline of prospects
- Managing a 9-12-month complex sales cycle
- Negotiate enterprise-level contractual agreements
- Support Client and Account Management in delivery
- Manage relationships with potential clients
Ideal candidate :
- 8-12 years of experience working in an enterprise sales environment
- Minimum of five years working within the financial services industry specifically credit risk decisioning
- Experience solution selling into, or within the domain of enterprise technology and cloud hosting technologies
- Working knowledge of BPM, CRM, Case Management Software, or enterprise-wide specific solutions within a vertical market
- Experience in advanced sales questioning and sales methodologies
- Ability to consult with a range of multicultural banks and non-bank financial institutions
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering with MBA would be an advantage
