Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling:
- Assist and advise students on course selections based on their interests and career aspirations.
- Provide in-depth information on course offerings, benefits, and outcomes.
- Maintain a student-first approach, ensuring that their learning and career needs are met.
Sales Leadership:
- Lead the sales team in driving course enrollments, meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- Analyze sales data and trends to refine strategies and optimize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and potential leads to increase conversion rates.
Team Management:
- Manage and mentor a team of junior sales executives, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment.
- Set clear performance objectives and regularly assess the team's progress.
