Senior Executive - Sales - Education (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Visiting customer, giving demos / presentations regarding the product and convert them into paid customer.
- Data would be provided by the company.
- Calling customer and fixing an appointment for F2F meeting to convert a lead into sales.
- Require late working hours as meetings can end late. Morning shift starts post 11am.
Remuneration:
Annual CTC: 5 Lacks + Benefits,based on the years of experience plus incentives. Over achievement of targets can lead to much higher incentives and so a higher CTC. In addition, there is conveyance reimbursement at actual and telephone reimbursement. The candidate will also be provided a health insurance of INR 1 Lac or will be covered in ESI Other benefits include leave reimbursement and gratuity (payable post completion of 5 years as per the Payment of Gratuity Act).
Specific Consideration:
- Good communication & convincing skills.
- Field Sales Experience (At least 6 Months)
- Candidate must have his own conveyance & Android phone
- Must be comfortable travelling within region daily for client meetings.
