Senior Executive - Sales - Coworking Space/Real Estate (0-5 yrs)
Role : Sales Senior Executive
- As a Senior Sales Executive - Partnerships will be pivotal in spearheading B2B and B2C partnerships for our vibrant community. This role involves end-to-end management, from sourcing potential partners to their on boarding and deployment, ultimately driving and meeting partnership targets.
Job Responsibilities :
- Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to identify potential B to B and B to C partners and develop a robust pipeline of potential partners aligned goals and values.
- Negotiations & on boarding : Lead negotiations, crafting compelling proposals, and collaborating with stakeholders to on board partners effectively.
- Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships, ensuring successful deployment and a positive ongoing relationship.
- Target Achievement : Meet and exceed partnership acquisition targets, driving revenue through successful partnerships.
- Collaboration : Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with overall organizational goals.
- Reporting & Analysis : Maintain the records and reports on partnership performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Market Insights : Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics, leveraging this knowledge to drive effective partnerships.
Key Skills Required :
- Proven track record in B2B/B2C sales or partnerships, ideally within the co-working, real estate, or service industries.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional negotiation and networking skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
