Senior Executive - Sales - Course Counselling (2-3 yrs)
Job Purpose :
To generate revenue for center by selling services to potential students and to guide them on all relevant products. Promote the outreach programs through business development outbound and retail sales.
Key Responsibilities :
Role/s :
1. Contributes to revenue generation at the center by driving sales through outbound and retail channel.
2. Proactively up-selling and cross selling relevant products.
3. Work with the business development team in setting up counseling desks, events, fairs in school & colleges for counseling groups and individuals.
4. Responsible for conversions from data collected from seminars, help desk and events.
5. Being a SPOC for ongoing communications and relations with school counsellors, TPO of colleges.
6. Marketing activities encompassing ATL, BTL & promotion campaigns with maximum ROI.
7. Provide advice to the students regarding Admission Services, Test prep and other products.
8. Ensure conversion by being single point of interface with all customers (Outbound and Retail)
9. Ensure conversion from telephonic leads and referrals
10. Efficient & appropriate communication to students related batch details & timelines.
11. Partakes in centre-level sales and customer service activities by providing course counselling to walk-in and telephonic prospects.
12. Capturing accurate client information on an enquiry form and timely entering and updating the same in system
13. Resolve student grievances in consultation with the Centre Manager.
14. Maintain inventory of student's kit and ensure issuing to students as per process.
15. Support CM with center activities and collection to close the sale.
