Senior Executive - Sales - Ceramics/Sanitaryware (2-15 yrs)
JOB Responsibility :
- Setting agreed annual targets based on value, product volume and channels (Dealers, Sub-dealers, Architects, Interior Designers, Corporate accounts) and meet defined target achievement quarter on quarter. To meet sales category mix. Ensure presence in outlets of the target segment.
- Identify and appoint new channel partners and ensure achievement of targeted acquisition of new accounts and retention of new accounts by managing cordial relationship with the channel partners. Ensure GIL acquires prime space in the Dealer store. Ensure branding and awareness inside the store.
- Drive Secondary & Tertiary Sales through Team
- Manage sales and expense budgeting of the branch. Control cost and expenses to improve profitability
- Control credit by timely collection. Minimize revenue leakages through bad debts. Address disputes on time to minimize payment defaults. Minimize bad debt and credit to sales ratio.
- Conducting Influencer meets like carpenters, contractors, Architect/Interior development planning and responsible for execution.
- Coordinate with internal functions regarding Recruitment, Training and development of Sales team under him. Motivation and retention of staff. Succession planning through training and coaching of each level of employees reporting.
- MIS- Competition tracking, product and services feedback own vs competition, customer feedback, weekly and monthly reports as required by the management.
