Job Title: Sr. Sales Executive / Business Development Lead

Experience: 7 - 10+ years

Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary:

Lakshmi Infratech India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Lead/Senior Sales Executive with exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's sales and expanding its business portfolio within the real estate sector. This role requires someone with strong sales acumen, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate industry. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business development and sales activities for residential and commercial real estate projects.

- Identify and target potential clients, including investors, property buyers, and business partners, to generate new business opportunities.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective clients.

- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring favourable terms for the company.

- Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to optimize the promotion and positioning of properties.

- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging markets, and government regulations related to real estate.

- Provide timely reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to management.

Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Strong understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market and customer behaviour.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.

- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in both residential and commercial real estate sales.

- A strong network of contacts within the real estate industry

Additional Requirements:

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred.

- Willingness to travel within and outside Hyderabad for business meetings as required
