Senior Executive - Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and recruit potential insurance advisors as per the management's business plan.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of insurance advisors, ensuring productivity and target achievement.
- Set and monitor sales targets for advisors, driving consistent results.
- Facilitate ongoing training and development of advisors, offering performance feedback for improvement.
- Regularly review advisor performance, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Maintain daily activity logs and recruitment trackers for performance monitoring.
Requirements :
- Graduate with 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Must possess a bike for travel.
- Bachelor's degree (local candidates preferred).
