Senior Executive - Sales - Agency Channel - BFS (1-4 yrs)
- As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for examining the future customers and selling our products. You will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain long-term relations with customers.
- Recruiting and training Financial Consultants, Advisors, and other team members.
- Preparing and presenting the products information to the customers.
- Follow up with conceivable customers by regularly visiting them if required.
- Organizing sales appointments to analyze sales insights.
- Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for better product pitching.
- Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.
- Applicant must be excellent at selling skills and social networking skills
- Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent communication skills
Requirement skill:
- Graduation in any stream.
- Candidate should able to play a meaningful role in client meetings.
- Age between 21 to 38 only.
- Having minimum 1 years experience in Banking sector.
