Senior Executive - Sales (6-7 yrs)
- Meeting sales goals by determining merchandise to be sold,
- Assessing training needs
- Motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to VMI and Trade Staff
- Ensuring high levels of Trade customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
- Complete sales area administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures, implement price and credit policies
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Report on market trends, customer needs in terms of stock and process, competition.
