Senior Executive - Sales (4-10 yrs)
By managing current as well as new channel partners and clients in Kanpur, this job will enable the company to meet and contribute to our organization's quick and sustainable growth.
- Identify potential new business possibilities and applications through market research.
- Maintain connections with clients by offering necessary assistance and application-based solutions.
- Determine market demand and rival strategies in the marketplace
- Set sales goals to attain revenue, margins, and collections.
- Create and hire dealers and distributors to broaden our market reach, and coach the distributors' sales force to ensure efficient operation.
- Preserves high levels of service by setting and upholding organizational requirements.
Qualification & Certification (if applicable)
- B. Tech - Mechanical/Electrical
Experience
- Minimum - 4 years in sales
Computer Skills
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Communication & Language Proficiency
- Good command over English, Hindi
