Senior Executive - Retail Trade (3-7 yrs)
JD :
- To ensure the proper operation of the Exclusive Retails Stores (EBOS) in accordance to Company Standards and Norms and also ensure the desired numbers out of them.
- Growth of the stores with better display of products, maintaining the VM standards, new products placement, better visibility, promoting offers and making available the right products at stores as per secondary.
- Improving the profitability of these stores. Development of the store by renovation, VM changes, Etc.
- Training & Educating the Store staff Maintaining of Retail excellence in stores, new products, offers, Etc
- Business Development by opening new stores .Searching franchisees and location, handling COCO.
- Establishment of the New Retails stores Coordination with VM team, Vendors, IT team, setting the right base stock of the store, etc
- Daily and weekly Reporting with HO, Budgeting,
- Upgrading the stores to computerized billing process. Resolving their problems and queries as and when required.
