Job Description :

- Experience of selling large Agro Projects to Government.

- Analysing & exploring opportunities.

- Preparing techno commercial proposal and presentations, which will include preparation of bankable financial report.

- Understanding government policies to access intervention funds, etc.

- Marketing, persuading, client's relationship management, negotiations and closing of proposed contract by signing the MOU & Contracts.

- Be able to draw commercial, legal contract framework.

- Be able to read, interpret and discuss legal contracts.

- Help in Government Project Marketing.

- Develop the marketing strategy for the organization in line with the organization objectives.

Qualifications :

- MBA with Marketing & Finance from a premium institute

- Interest in agriculture, the international development industry, social enterprises.

- Strong budget management, project management, and communication skills

- Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision but also in small group settings.

- Ability to work and travel within Africa.
