Senior Executive - Marketing - Real Estate (3-6 yrs)
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organization's objectives.
- In charge of pre-sales and screening of leads
- Complete execution of planned campaign right from material development to on ground co-ordination
- Plan and execute events such as brokers meets and on-site poojans, etc.
- Implement CRM software and systems for lead management and processing
- Plan and execute sales scripting and sales collateral
- Manage relationships with mar-comm agencies, event coordinators, etc.
- Prepare and manage marketing plans and budgets.
- Track metrics for campaign success for all marketing programs and promotional activities and derive insights represented by way of reports
- Develop marketing initiatives to expand customer base and optimize sales.
- Selecting the right channels of marketing along with agencies.
- Executing tie-ups, Promotional Activities and events for Brand Promotions to ensure brand visibility and awareness.
- Identify and participate in external events as well as plan out larger events.
