Job Description:
1) Analyze all order terms and conditions pertaining to commercial aspects and ensure compliance to the same
2) Ensure regular interaction with and prompt response to key customers, potential customers and end users
3) Present divisions manufacturing capabilities to the existing, new and potential customers and develop close rapport and relationship with customers
4) Improve market database and knowledge of competitors activities on a continuous basis
5) Explore new projects and opportunities in Oil and Gas sector and concentrate on high-end equipments
6) Ensure claiming of all advances and collection of receivables on time and resolve pending / outstanding issues pertaining to receivables such as TDS Certificate, CST Forms, EMD and old outstanding
7) Maximize collection of advance payments through effective negotiation with the clients
8) Organize customer visits and shop audits
9) Ensure timely submission of error free bills and other documents as asked for by the customers
10) Ensure correct preparation of Marketing statements like Order Booking, Collection Plan, Exports Statements, Annual Business Collection Plan, Gap Analysis etc. and periodic review of the same with management
11) Prepare and closely monitor / review outstanding payment statement to ensure collection as per plan
12) Coordinate continuously with Estimation / Design / Planning department for timely receipt of cost sheet and adherence to despatch plan
Qualifications Required: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Chemical Engineering
Special Skills Required:
1) Knowledge of manufactured products (Heat Exchangers, Reactors, Pressure Vessels, Tower Internals, etc)
2) Knowledge of Oil and Gas sector and related industries
3) Understanding of prevailing Market
4) Exposure of managing Key Accounts and Customers
5) Computer Proficiency
